• Virtual Try On Inputs and Outputs: any information you choose to input into our AI powered tools (“Input”), including photos of yourself, apparel images or links, height and body measurements, and other information used to generate new content (“Output”), such as a personal digital avatar.
  • We use your images, including images of your face, to create and maintain your personalized AI avatar for virtual try on and fashion visualization.
  • Your images are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and are not shared with third parties other than our cloud provider.
  • We do not use these images to try and identify you or to verify your identity.
  • You may request deletion of your images and associated AI avatar at any time by emailing founder@owneverylook.com.
  • Model improvement: We may also use Input and Output in our legitimate interests to improve the Services, including training or enhancing the models that power our Services to improve your avatar quality and fashion visualization. • Communications: any other information you include in emails or messages to us, which we use to respond and support you.

Information Collected Automatically

We and third parties may automatically collect certain information about your interactions with the Services to personalize your experience, run analytics, and improve the Services. Where required by law, we obtain your consent. This information may include:

Images you upload for your AI avatar are retained while your account remains active to improve avatar accuracy and enable personalization. You may request deletion at any time by emailing founder@owneverylook.com, we will honor deletion requests unless retention is required by law or necessary for security or fraud prevention.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information over unsecure channels.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, beyond delivering the Services you request and ensuring security and integrity.

Automated Decision Making

We use algorithmic processing to generate fashion visualization and virtual try on outputs. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
